General Rental Guidelines
The primary mission of the organization is to collect, exhibit, and educate people about Kenosha County history. Priority use of our buildings and grounds will be for programs and activities that support our mission. The History Center will make the following areas available for rental by individuals, groups and organizations when the events do not conflict with our programming.
History Center Lobby & Exhibit Areas
Lighthouse Grounds and Gardens
Lighthouse Keeper's Dwelling
Theater, Rambler Legacy Gallery
Meeting Room Archives
The History Center reserves the right to review and approve, or disapprove, all activities to ensure that they are in agreement with our goals and objectives of the organization and its standards.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed in the History Center at any time:
Smoking
Smoke machines
Pyrotechnic devices
Glitter
Confetti
Helium balloons
Candles
Rental Rates
Rental rates vary from $100 for 3 hours in the Meeting Archives to $500 for a 5 hour rental of the History Center lobby and exhibit areas. Complete rental rates for each area and all terms of the rental are contained in the Rental policy and contract.
